Fawad Chaudhry : PTI to move LHC looking for ineligibility of 19 applicants
ISLAMABAD: PTI senior pioneer Fawad Chaudhry on Thursday reported that they would move the Lahore High Court looking for the ineligibility of the 19 applicants who had been de-told by the ECP over projecting decisions in favor of PML-N’s Hamza Shahbaz against their partisan loyalty in the Punjab boss clergyman’s political race on May 23. Alluding to Article 63 of the Constitution, Fawad said that the up-and-comers are not equipped for challenging the decisions, adding that the PTI would record a request in the LHC in such a manner on Friday (tomorrow).
“Aleem Khan isn’t challenging the by-political race, subsequently, we wouldn’t record a request against him,” he added. Fawad proceeded to say that the PML-N’s laborers are not prepared to project their decisions in favor of turncoats and asserted that the partnership of the PTI and PML-Q will win every one of the 20 seats during the impending by-races in the region. “Hamza Shahbaz’s administration is a visitor for 10 additional days,” he said, adding that PML-N has lost the larger part after the option of five more PTI individuals in the House. “After July 22, PTI will regret in Punjab,” he added. Attacking the PML-N, Fawad said that the court ought to pay heed to the sun-oriented outrage. He said that PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s pilots were getting compromising calls from obscure numbers, and encouraged the specialists to consider it.
