20-Year-Old UP Kid Kills Grandparents
A 20-year-old youth here in a town supposedly killed his grandparents in contention over cash to purchase alcohol and concealed their bodies in two separate rooms, police said on Sunday. Himesh, the charged, lived with his grandparents in Delhi and is supposedly dependent on liquor, they said. As per police, the charge killed the old couple on June 22 in Damri town in Budaun in Uttar Pradesh where they had come to go to a wedding.
Police said they have recuperated the to some extent disintegrated groups of the couple and have sent them for an after-death assessment. “The to some extent disintegrated groups of Premshankar (65) and Bhawan Devi (60) were found inside the secured places of their children in Damri town under Faizganj Police headquarters limits. The children and the old couple lived in Delhi,” Administrator of Police (country) Siddhartha Verma told PTI.
As per a grievance stopped by one of the children of the couple who lives in the town, his folks had come to the town with their grandson, Himesh, to go to a wedding. “Himesh is a drunkard and used to battle with his relatives for cash to purchase alcohol. It has been claimed in the protest that Himesh killed his grandparents following a contention over cash to purchase liquor on June 22,” said the official.
